Scrummy Yummy Nommy Tummy

... If you're interested I used to write recipes for the quite frankly AWESOME

I'll stick a couple of posts up now and then with some piccys and the links to the recipes. They can help tide you over while I'm fannying about between posts. Alrighty?!

Chilled Lemon Flan
Pumpkin Biscotti
Fail Safe Fairy cakes
Sugar Strand Cookies

All recipes tried, tested, adapted and altered for optimum nomability factor.

Have a browse around nouvelledaily too my loves. It's really rather lovely, as is the creator, the absolute babe that is Kate of gh0stparties.

There you go! Recipe links and a couple of blog recommendations. Wicked right?

Peace out pals! xxx

  1. That chilled lemon flan looks amazing! It reminds me of the Friends episode involving flan (If you have not yet seen it, you must!)
Will for sure try it out and let you know how it goes. Soo happy that you are back to blogging!
    Love from Chile :)

    1. Are you possibly referring to the 'Birthday Flan'? Or have you got a bit muddled and confused the flan with the cheese cake Rachel and Chandler can't stop eating? Either way it doesn't matter! I love friends. The box set has kept me company through many deadlines, bouts of insomnia and sick days.

Thank you for saying lovely things and please let me know how it goes! I wanna spread the fabulousness of this dessert far and wide and Chile is an excellent place to start! x

    2. *5 blogger points for Janna for getting my Birthday Flan reference*
But, no joke, that show is amazing. I have seen probobaly every episode at one point or another in my life and they just never get old. I will for sure make the Lemon Flan and report back. Have you ever had traditional Flan? My mom makes a really good one, and I would be happy to send the recipie your way if you are interested in trying it.

  2. You seem really good with the foods so I'm going to take a long shot and ask for your opinion (only if you feel like giving it, or course). I have to come up with a fruit tart for work/a competition so I'm thinking lavender-poached peaches on top of a honey pastry cream base. Yay or nay?

    Hope you're well. Take care!

    1. THAT SOUNDS AMAZING! Make it. Make it. Make it! Maybe serve with frozen greek yoghurt as opposed to like cream or ice cream to keep it a bit lighter? Send me the recipe! x

    2. Oooh that's a great idea, thank you! When I get the recipe perfect (hopefully within the next few days) I'll send it your way.

      Thanks for the feedback! x
